Yep that set was sick. I've seen her in festival mode (Lolla 2017) and supporting Taylor Swift and I still need to see her owning her own songs with pride and the exuberance of a crowd validating shit like Track 10 as the never-been number-one it.. is... shoulda been?

All of Pop 2 is great

Dreamer is a classic modern-Charli song. dark and vibey, very melodic, hints at the Wednesday night smoke-filled club the same 60 people and 60 people only every week. Blame It On you is similar. probably get that one stuck in my head more than I consciously realise. Roll With Me is pretty fun.
can we also all agree Girls Night Out is fucking trash though? yeah yeah girls, we all love getting pissed with our mates and looking forward to a night out as we drink cans in a flat together, but my lord the melody is banal and the repetition of (lazy) lyrics is a bit unlike her. shitty ol vibe.

Yeah I agree, I like the production on Girls Night Out but it's a bit annoying.
Dreamer is top 10 Charli no doubt.
The run from White Roses to Lipgloss on N1A is magnificent.

idk about true romance but I think she was publicly unhappy about the way sucker went down? label interference etc. I think she did boom clap and i love it and shit when she opened for taylor but yeah anything pre Vroom Vroom, seems like she's put that behind her.
I can't really remember how White Roses sounds because I just generally think of the chorus melody in Black Roses.
she should be really proud of True Romance. wasn't she about 18 when it came out? it's impressive songwriting. the flow and connection from each part to Black Roses is perfect, good in isolation and great feeding off one another. great track.
good atmosphere on it too. What I Like definitely stirs vibes of a girl who gets a bit too heavy into clubbing and pill-sellers too early.
Top 20 for me, not really in a particular order aside top 5. List would probably be completely different in a few weeks, she has too many good songs.
1) Vroom Vroom 2) Porsche 3) Track 10 4) Dreamer 5) What I Like 6) Down Like Whoa 7) Lipgloss 8) Boys 9) White Roses 10) Drugs 11) Gone 12) Bounce 13) You’re The One 14) Roll With Me 15) You (Ha Ha Ha) 16) Unlock It 17) 5 In The Morning 18) Pop The Balloons 19) Focus 20) Need Ur Love
