though the strings in the production kinda gives me googoo dolls dated vibes

one funny thing about Self is that they were caught in that period when mp3-sharing was blowing up but before Weezer's green album came out, when every mp3 that vaguely sounded like Weezer was labeled as such, as if they had a secret album they were holding out on all their fans.
