i'm gonna try and find the wec fight tomorrow. wec never fails to deliver.

holy. shit.
i'm really disappointed by cung le. his kicks looked cool but shit cardio, not much power and a bad chin.
pretty solid card. exciting 4 fights.

that strikeforce event was fucking sweet. fights like those last two are just what they need to draw in more viewers and compete with the UFC. I think Scott Smith was hesitant and frightened by Le's power the entire fight, but as soon as Le gassed he was ready to unleash. I had Le winning the first 2 rounds 10-8. What an unbelievable comeback.

yeah his leg strikes are devastating but he needs to open up his game more. I think he has the potential for greatness if he actually trains hard and adds more tools to his arsenal.

i would have agreed to this statement until i found out how old he was - he's pushing 40, he's not adding to his arsenal anytime soon. i doubt he'll go down as an mma great unless he pulls some randy couture bullshit and starts dominating again this late in his life. man only has 7 pro fights under his belt.

I forgot he was that old. Yeah put a fork in him, he's done.
It's disheartening how randy has turned into a has-been. I could have fallen asleep during his last fight with Vera that I don't feel he even won anyway. He should have ended his career after the fight against Lesnar.

yeah. definitely. randy's not even an exciting fighter. they should really stop using him as a legit headliner. this couture vs coleman fight is a JOKE headliner.

cung le can only be a gimmick, but it's fine because they're adding some legit guys to that division like henderson
great great card. good fights and some solid, promising fighters.

They are really grasping at straws trying to come up with exciting headliners. I don't plan on purchasing any of the UFC events in the near future. I hope once the injuries to the top fighters have been resolved we'll start seeing consistently great cards again.

http://www.sherdog.com/news/news/Coker- ... ties-21686good interview full of pretty exciting stuff. strikeforce is getting legit, and i can't help but think that EA video game will help, especially if it's better than the UFC one. it likely will be too, as EA is making it.
