Not picking on you, honestly curious.

Maybe I need to expand my horizons here.

are there traits that are desirable for women but not men? what are they?

not picking on you, honestly curious

A lot of guys like shy, reserved women... but I don't know any women who like that in a man.

me and iambic are both married

whatever the hell is going on in here aside, ive read a bunch of interviews with sapkowski and indeed seems awful but i am a fan of him being convinced the games are popular as everyone loves his books and the only reason why his books arent selling well overseas is because people think they are marketed as 'videogame' books.

he has also heavily ranted about hating cross over media and doing anything else and viewing it as an extension of the story is like the 'pinnacle of idiocy' so i wonder if netflix is going to hide him in a tall tower for pr purposes.

i finished it! i got all the outcomes i wanted. i was nervous. this is like getting into college

siri became a witcher, nilfgaard was suppressed, geralt remained a witcher, cerys rules skelligeToggle Spoiler

i would say this concludes my relationship with the Game With The Worst Controls I’ve Ever Played Ever but I heard blood and wine is supposed to be good

they are both great. blood and wine is just bigger and more substantial (it could practically be a standalone game) so it deservedly gets a lot of the praise

i still haven't played hearts of stone yet

i keep meaning to get off the main quest and go do it but the main storyline is so compelling i can't find a good place to stop!

yeah. and it's beautiful. second only to skellige in terms of striking game environments if you ask me

i really gotta finish the main game... discovering skellige and the whole vibe of the islands was my favorite thing about it though. just tooling around in a sailboat, chill tangerine dream vibes.

I finally started playing this because the complete edition is $15 on the PSN store right now. Controls feel clunky compared to something like BOTW, but the world and characters are basically the next-gen Morrowind I always wanted. I can’t believe I don’t skip the dialogue—it’s really good and actually makes me feel like my actions have consequences beyond getting money/exp.

My wife refers to the game as “horny Zelda” and she’s not wrong.

I'm a huge apologist with untold hours in this but the controls are something you really acclimate to and eventually become really good once you learn your own fighting style

parrying monsters is not a mistake like people will lead you to believe and sidestepping is generally better than rolling but harder to learn
once you get the rythym of enemy movesets down it feels almost dark souls good

it's a sobering feeling when you realize there are finally no side quests left

There was like a month during my initial playthru where I nailed both parrying and sidestepping and was very proud of myself then I took some time off from the game and completely lost it and have been on team roll ever since. It’s just simpler even if it’s less elegant and less effective

I would say I think about reinstalling the witcher 3 and spending another 200 hours doing it all again at least once a week

it's kind of pleasurable to put it off and know it's all there, waiting

I did everything their was to do in this game last year but I'm getting the hankering to do it all again. Keep in mind it took me averaging 4-5 hours nearly every night for 3 straight months. I'll probably skip all the sunken treasure stuff this time though.

Sometimes I associate specific points in my life with certain smells, seasons, or music. I associate the birth of my second kid and being unemployed (by choice) with this game. It was a good time, and this is a great game.

i associate the first witcher game with this lazy summer when i worked in a university office with essentially no responsibilities. I'd check out a book from the library, read it at work, then go home and play the witcher all day

hell of a time
